James Griffin

James is a researcher with Cosimmetry, with a focus on behavioural science. Working on the boundary between the technical and the user, he works to help bring complex and esoteric sources of data to operationalised insight. Holding a Ph.D. in which he developed a model of understanding adult learning behaviour in terms of group dynamics, he retains his position as Director of the Relationships Foundation where he works on an international level to develop and apply analytic tools. These help to better visualise and act upon relational and psychometric insight across contexts in education, business, healthcare and government.
