Cosimmetry celebrates its first birthday on 30 January 2024. We began our journey a year ago as a tiny group of like-minded people who found themselves at the same crossroads. We had a common interest in the discipline of making good decisions in a fast-paced and unpredictable world. And we had common values: total respect for each other, a desire to make a difference, and persistent curiosity and rigour.
We started the business with the barest of finances, which means our focus has been intensely practical: everything we do must add value. In the early months, our vision had to come second to keeping the lights on. We wouldn’t have had it any other way. The work we’ve been doing has taught us about the support our customers really need when confronted with fast moving and complex situations. And we’ve used this to guide our efforts in blending both digital and human sciences to build innovative solutions that accelerate and improve group decision-making in high stakes, time-constrained situations.
